Watched II and III. Could tell how much I grew between each movie when I viewed them originally as a kid, because it kept getting more farcical…New director = bad script? Or the fact that IV’s budget got slashed during the making perhaps was the coup de grace that ended the series (for now, until the torch is passed to a new generation to continue) Heheh…we all know Hollywood becomes myopic when it portrays computers in the big picture, and Superman III was the classic example of that.
